Sastojci
- 5 srednjih kuhanih krumpira
- 300 g Cikle rezanci Podravka
- 1 salatni krastavac
- 30 g mladog luka
- 4 kuhana jaja
- 300 g Jegera Podravka
- 2 l kefir
- 2 žličice Vegete
- 1/4 žličice Vegeta Maestro crnog papra
- 30 g nasjeckanog kopra
- 1/2 žlice Senfa estragon Podravka
- 1/2 žlice Hrena Podravka
- sol
Priprema
- Sitno narežite krumpir, ocijeđenu ciklu, salatni krastavac i mladi luk. Povrće stavite u veću posudu, dodajte sitno narezana jaja i jeger.
- Kefir pomiješajte s Vegetom, crnim paprom, koprom, senfom i hrenom pa prelijte preko smjese.
- Lagano promiješajte, po potrebi posolite i ostavite u hladnjaku oko 20 minuta.
Posluživanje
Rozu juhu od cikle poslužite rashlađenu.
Savjet
Juhu možete pripremiti i od sirove cikle, ali za to ćete trebati više vremena.
